Weekly wrap up #13 ;) march 19th - march 25th

Hello my lovely people :) I don't know about you, but I am in a great mood :) yeah... this new week is full of... let's call them challenges to stay positive, but I had an absolutely amazing and lazy weekend that charged my batteries :) I worked really hard during the week, so that I can totally chill and relax over the last few days and it helped with my mood immensly :) and I read a lot during that time ;) so let me tell you all about those stories :) starting with the ones I was able to finish, then the ones I read entirely during this past week, and then adding all the ones I am still in the middle of :)

"The list" by Tawna Fenske
from 37% to 100% -> 127 pages; finished

At the very beginning of the week I finished this absolutely hilarious ebook :) revolving around a list of sex related things Cassie, our heroine, lied about doing to her sisters and Simon, who wants to help her cross off certain items from it... ;) short and sexy, a perfect little gem to lift your mood :)

"Grave mercy" by Robin LaFevers
from page 313 to page 549; finished

YES!!! I finally finished one of the paperbacks that have been on my nightstand for what feels like forever... ;) this historical story with a bit of a fantasy-ish twist to it was... interesting... much more politics / intrigues centered that I expected, so it took me a while to get into it, but I enjoyed it :) it was a really good first book to a series, and I am curious to see what's gonna happen in the next installments :)

"Limits" by Susie Tate
from 1% to 100% -> 254 pages; finished

I got the eARC of this beautiful gem from the author and once I started reading it, I inhaled it pretty quickly... you're gonna have to wait for my full review on the release day to know all my thoughts and feelings but... I loved this story... Millie really resonated with me... and to see her happy ending was... *sighs happily* all the stars to this book ;)

"Big mushy happy lump" by Sarah Andersen
from page 1 to page 125; finished

I wanted to read something short and funny, so this collection of comics was perfect for my mood :) I enjoyed it just as much as the first one, and will definitely get the third one coming out very soon :)

"Wszystko zostaje w rodzinie" by Aneta Jadowska
from page 1 to page 554; finished

This is the fourth out of the six books in polish urban fantasy novel about a very interesting witch :) I'm not gonna tease you with any more details because it's not available in translation, so the majority of you unfortunately won't have the chance to read them, but I enjoy them immensly :)

"The lost hero" by Rick Riordan
from page 107 to page 107

I haven't been able to pick this one up during last week, and I don't think I will do it this week as well... the explanation in a moment :)

"The gentleman's guide to vice and virtue" by Mackenzi Lee
from page 215 to page 215

I can say the same about this paperback as I said about the one above :)

"Cake" by J. Bengtsson
from 22% to 66% -> 269 pages

This is my current audiobook and I am really loving it :) it's a rock star romance and so far it's... a bit different than what I am used to... in a good way :) I am reserving my final judgement until I will finish it... which will happen in a matter of days :) but it looks really good :)

"Egzorcyzmy Dory Wilk" by Aneta Jadowska
from page 1 to page 62

This is the reason why I haven't picked up my other two paperbacks... this series :) I inhaled the fourth book and started this fifth one over the weekend, and since I am so close to the end of it all, I have a feeling I won't pick up anything else until I finish the sixth and final book :) fortunately I have it on my shelf already :) so it's really a matter of how quickly I can fly through them... and taking into consideration how fast I went through the previous ones... I'm thinking pretty fast ;)

Total page count of the week:

After the amazing weekend I had no wonder I was able to read so many pages... ;) and once again, I enjoyed everything I read :) I am really on a roll lately ;) although I am definitely gonna downsize in the amount of books I am *currently reading* soon... once I finish up "The gentleman's guide to vice and virtue", which is a standalone, and polish urban fantasy series I am gonna go back to probably reading only three books at once... I know, three may sound like a lot to some of you, but it's gonna be progress for me... since over the last few months I was usually reading 5-7 books at the same time... I need more structure and order in my reading... it's all about finding the balance... ;)
