Weekly wrap up #10 ;) february 26th - march 4th

Welcome to my newest weekly wrap up, where I talk about... yep, you guessed it, all the books I read the past week :) it's a new-ish series on my blog, but I am loving it :) so let me start with the book I managed to finish this past week (yes, only one), then I will tell you all about the ones I read entirely, and we will finish with the ones I am in the middle of :)

"The lightning-struck heart" by T. J. Klune
from 54% to 100% -> 194 pages; finished

I effing loved this book :) trust me, it takes a lot for me not to cuss, because it was that good :) usual adjectives are just not good enough to describe all the awesomeness of this story... the fantasy novel, with a wizard's apprentice, gay and hornless unicorn, half-giant, knight, dragon... need I say more? :) I don't but I will anyway :) it's full of surprises, humor and sass... oh, the sass... and sarcasm :) I highly recommend the audiobook version of the story because the narrator is absolutely phenomenal :) all the stars I can give to this amazing book :) expect a totally fangirling review in the near future :)

"Remember me when" by Brooke Blaine
from 1% to 100% -> 151 pages; finished

The conclusion to a duology, it was one of the eARCs I had to get through this week :) I can't tell you anything about the plot, since it would be too spoilerific, but if you want, check out my full review, it has a spoiler-free part ;) -> READ ME <- :)

"Dwarves of Calcus" by Katie Hamstead
from 1% to 100% -> 237 pages; finished

The second out of three eARCs I needed to read because of the deadlines... the third installment in a fantasy series mixed with some sci-fi themes :) plus a retelling of Snow White story :) count me in :) I really liked it, and you will be able to read all my thoughts and feelings about it tomorrow, when my full review goes live :)

"Definition of stripped" by Lia Peele
from 1% to 100% -> 400 pages; finished

Last one of the eARCs I read :) the first one in a dark contemporary series about the same couple... I gave it four stars because of the things that didn't exactly worked for me, but if you want to know more, come back later today :) I will have a full review posted in a matter of hours :)

"Bogowie muszą być szaleni" by Aneta Jadowska
from page 86 to page 86

This was the last week when I haven't read my paperbacks at all... I've been itching to get back to them, but I was too busy reading eARCs... and I had to finish my awesome audiobook, soooo... I can't wait to read more of all of them, so expect some more thoughts about all four next week :)

"Grave mercy" by Robin LaFevers
from page 189 to page 189

No changes :)

"The lost hero" by Rick Riordan
from page 51 to page 51

Yep, still nothing :)

"The gentleman's guide to vice and virtue" by Mackenzi Lee
from page 152 to page 152

I can't wait to get back to all of them this week :)

"The failing hours" by Sara Ney
from 1% to 29% -> 96 pages

Since I am absolutely loving audiobooks recently, after finishing the fantasy one, I immediately started another one :) but I wanted a change :) so I picked up the sequel in How to date a douchebag series :) and I am absolutely loving it... although I still have troubles to comprehend just... how... how will the main couple end up together :) will definitely finish it this week, so I will get my answers soon enough :)

Total page count of the week:

It was a very good reading week for me :) I wish I could have read more paperbacks, because I am more than curious to get back to them, but other stories kept me pretty busy... not to mention work and sleep and such ;) but still, I managed to read a lot of pages ;) will see how the next one will go... since I want to go back to paperbacks, I'm kind of thinking I might read a bit less, since I read them slower than ebooks... it doesn't matter, but I'm just curious... oh well, we will all see the results next week :)
