Author: Brooke Blaine
Title: "Forget me not"
Book 1 in series The unforgettable duet
Main characters: Ollie and Reid
I voluntarily reviewed an early copy of this book :) I think this may be my shortest review yet... not because the book was not good and I don't have a lot to say about it... quite the opposite actually ;) even though the book wasn't super long, I have a lot of thoughts and feelings that I would love to share with you all... but I can't, because the majority of them contain spoilers... and this is definitely one of those stories where you should get in as blindly as possible to truly enjoy it :) I know, I know... I don't like when people say that to me either, but it's true :) so I'm just gonna concentrate on telling you a bit more about my feelings in this review and not much else :)
Since the synopsis to this book is so very vague, I feel like sharing any additional informations about the main characters or any events can be counted as spoiling you, so all I will say is that it's a story about two men, meeting under very unconventional circumstances and... that's it :) don't hurt me for the lack of details and just trust me on that... it's better for you to know less ;) moving on to all my thoughts and feelings about it :) I adored this story... it made me laugh, tear up a little, sigh... just... it hit me in all the feels... I had the biggest smile throughout most of it, because the friendship and then the romance between our main couple was just... so cute... :) it gave me all the warm and fuzzy feelings... *sighs happily* I inhaled it in one sitting, cause once again the absolutely phenomenal writing style of Brooke made it impossible to put the book down :) yes, it does end on a mother of all cliffhangers, but fortunately for all of us, the conclusion to this wonderful duology is just two weeks away :) so definitely go read this gem ASAP :) that way we can all suffer together waiting to see how this story will end :) no worries, I have absolute faith that Brooke will deliver with a great ending... like she always does :)
